Reading Series

Our Signature Library Series is a diverse and long-standing literary program that celebrates poetry in all its forms. We feature a wide range of poets, including local, regional, and national talents, as well as emerging writers. Our past readers have included Pulitzer Prize nominees, state and city poets laureate, academic faculty, performance poets, and young writers mentored by Writers in the Schools.

Our online poetry event takes place on the first Saturday of each month at 2:00 PM. Please register in advance using the link provided on our homepage calendar. An open mic session will be held at halftime, offering participants the opportunity to share their own or another poet's work.

“After-Words”, where poets and the audience gather for conversation at a neighborhood eatery, is still suspended.
