To witness is to be present—to truly see and to carry what we have seen. It is one of the most profound acts of human connection. The theme invites exploration of attention and observation, testimony and memory, the intimacy of being seen and the weight of seeing others.

Eligibility

• Open to poets of all backgrounds, experience levels, and geographic locations

• Previously published work accepted if rights have reverted to the author

• Simultaneous submissions accepted (please notify us immediately if your work is accepted elsewhere)
